Official Rules – Gig Customer Sweepstakes

Eligibility

  • Open to current residential Gig and Multi-Gig customers in good standing residing in Illinois.
  • Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of Illinois.
  • Employees, contractors, board members, and their immediate household members are not eligible.
  • Valid only in the State of Illinois.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

  • Automatic Entry: All active residential Gig and Multi-Gig customers during the campaign period are automatically entered.
  • No Purchase Necessary: To enter without being a residential Gig or Multi-Gig customer, mail your name, address, phone, and email to:
    Adams Fiber – Gig Sweepstakes Entry, 3555 N 24th Street, Quincy, IL 62305.
  • A purchase will not improve your chances of winning with an entry.
  • Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of each month and received within 5 business days.

Drawing & Winner Selection

  • Two winners will be selected at random each month on or around the 1st from all eligible entries. One winner will be from eligible Coop Members , one winner will be from eligible Edge Out customers.
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  • Winners will be notified by phone or email within 3 days of the drawing.

Prize

  • Six months of free Gig service and Managed Wi-Fi (Approximate Retail Value: $510 for GIG up to: $810 for Multi-GIG ) serviced by Adams Fiber to begin the following billing cycle after participant wins and for a continuous period of time.
  • Prize is non-transferable to another account or service location, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted.
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling of equipment and taxes on equipment and winnings.

Campaign Period

  • Starts March 10, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.
  • Two winners selected each month during the campaign.

General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  • By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and consent to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes on physical or electronic communication without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.  Participants agree to forfeit any winnings if cancel service with Adams Fiber during the winning service period.  Participants also agree any consequential, special, and liquidated damages may not exceed the retail value ($810) of the prize awarded.  Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and all participants agree any and all claims shall be submitted to a court of law in Adams County, Illinois.

  • Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and will comply with Illinois privacy laws.

Legal Compliance

This sweepstakes complies with the Illinois Prizes and Gifts Act (815 ILCS 525) and the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
