Adams Employees contribute over $20,000 to the United Way Campaign

Employees of Adams Telephone Co-Operative recently presented a check in the amount of $20,112.50 to the United Way of Adams County, Inc. at their Quincy, Illinois office.

The United Way of Adams County champions essential causes such as education, financial stability, and health, which form the foundation of a fulfilling life. Jim Broemmer, Chief Executive Officer, highlighted the significance of Adams’ collaboration, saying, “This contribution is a testament to our commitment to making a difference in our community. We’re grateful to every employee who helped make this donation possible and to the United Way for their relentless efforts in supporting those in need.”

Adams shares a proud history with the United Way, as evidenced by the previous honor of being a Small Business Hero Award recipient. This year, Adams made its third-largest donation, thanks to a team of dedicated individuals who provided invaluable community support during a critical time. These generous contributions will have an immeasurable positive impact on the local community.
