Pay My Bill

Bills are mailed or sent electronically on or before the 5th of the month and are due back on or before the 26th of each month. If the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday, your payment will be due on the next business day.

To pay online you will need to register for SmartHub, Adams’ account management system.

To register you will need:

  • Your Adams account number
  • The last name OR business name as it appears on your Adams bill
  • Valid email address


Once registered, you can pay your Adams bill online using your checking account or credit/debit card.

Pay in person at our Quincy office, Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or at our Golden office, Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.


After-Hours Night Deposit Box:

You can make payments after-hours in the night deposit box at our Golden or Quincy offices. Please be sure to provide your Adams account number with your bill stub and daytime phone number. Payments left in the night deposit box will be posted the next business day. Adams is not responsible for cash left in night deposit boxes.
