Refer-A-Friend Rules

  1. Must be an existing Adams Fiber customer that refers a friend to sign-up for Adams Fiber by submitting the “Refer-A-Friend” form.
  2. Referred customer must be a NEW customer. Transferring, upgrading, moving, name change, or signed up prior to start of program are not eligible.
  3. Referred customer must give referee’s name and address when signing up for service.
  4. Referred customer must have service installed and pay the first month bill in full before both the referred and referee receive the $25 bill credit.
  5. In the event more that one customer refers the same friend, only one credit will be applied. The credit will default to the first referee the NEW customer mentioned at the time of sign-up or by the date and time referral was received.
  6. Referrals are unlimited!
  7. Bill credit cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used on the customer’s Adams Fiber bill.
  8. Adams Fiber employees and directors are not eligible to participate in the program.
  9. Adams Fiber reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time without notice.

*Limited to Adams Fiber serviceable locations. Only current Adams Fiber residential and business customers are eligible to refer customers. Adams Fiber employees are not eligible to participate in the program. Referred customer must be a new Adams Fiber customer. Transferring, upgrading, or moving of existing Adams Fiber services is not eligible. Both referring and referred customer will receive a one-time $25 credit applied to their Adams Fiber bill for each new friend referred, once they are installed and their first month bill paid. Referred friend must provide first and last name and address of the referring customer during their order process. In the event more than one customer refers the same friend, only one customer will be eligible to redeem the bill credit. Other restrictions may apply.
